Office Interiors Business of the Year Finalist

We’re thrilled to announce that Office Interiors has been recognized as a finalist for the Business of the Year at the 2025 Halifax Business Awards!

In addition to this recognition, we are also excited to share that our President and CEO, Jim Mills, has been named a finalist for the Business Leader of the Year.

The Halifax Business Awards, hosted by the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, celebrate the excellence of the local business community. An independent volunteer judging committee reviews hundreds of nominations, narrowing it down to 35 deserving finalists. The rigorous judging process evaluates businesses based on key criteria, including innovation, financial performance, sustainability, and community impact. Finalists are chosen after careful review by the panel of judges who assess each company’s contributions to the business landscape in Halifax.

Business of the Year Finalist

The Business of the Year demonstrates continual business excellence through positive business growth. They are leaders in their industry. These businesses exemplify superior customer service, embrace a commitment to quality and has contributed to the development of Halifax by participating in meetings, sitting on committees and offering to help the city grow and prosper. They demonstrate a commitment to advancing diversity, equity, accessibility and inclusion in the workplace and with the community/people they serve.

Business Leader of the Year Finalist – Jim Mills

The Business Leader of the Year has achieved a high level of respect from customers and the business community for their professionalism, service quality and commitment. They are leaders in the community through mentoring, customer relations, and supporting local events, programs and projects. They demonstrate a commitment to inclusive leadership for their team and business.
