One of our Core Values here at Office Interiors is Our People. It’s the great group of people we have here at OI that has helped the company grow as it has over the past 27 years and it’s those same people who make it so easy to head to the office every morning.
Since not everyone works out of the office, we like to find fun ways to bring the whole team together outside of work to get to know each other and blow off some steam. For the past couple of summers, our New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island teams have decided to throw a big outdoor fundraiser party.
We had an excellent turnout this year with many new faces team making appearances. There was washer toss, darts, delicious BBQ, and live music performed by our very own service technician/musician Armand LeBlanc.
Of course, no party is complete without plenty of laughs and a few dollars raised for a good cause either.
Between the ice-filled dunk tank (featuring our very own Tim Trites) and 50/50 draw, we were able to not only raise over $250 for charity but have a blast at the same time.
Many thanks are owed to Danny & Pauline LeBlanc for hosting the event as well as Morgan Freeman, Lisa Trites, Armand LeBlanc and everyone else who pitched it to help organize.
Hopefully next year the weather is just as fantastic!
